I am the proud momma of my universe “Joey”. It has been almost 3 years now that he has been in “Collier Cares” hands. Let me just say “I am also an Independent Provider”. I expect nothing but the best for my son and the individuals I serve. Having A child that is non verbal is hard enough however he is also legally blind. Since being with “Collier Care”, I can finally be at peace! That was not the case before with other group homes unfortunately. The staff have been amazing, we love the manager, here at his house even the staff have formed bonds and it is awesome to see the transformation without drama. It’s like they are my son’s family also. Yes, we all will have our differences,however if there has not been A good fit with staff, or any other issues that come up. It is handled quickly and professionally. The company has been understanding, patient, and the staff all well trained. It is priceless to be able to go on A vacation now that he is 25 knowing my son is being loved and taking care of. We are super proud of my sons progress and the team we have now. It’s been A blessing to say the least.
